Which platforms have been announced?

The official Bluey website supplies the seven-platform digital list above. Bandai Namco’s September announcement names Steam and Epic Games Store for PC. These announcements identify the game’s intended platforms, without establishing that every edition has the same availability in every country. Steam still describes App3064040 as coming soon in the saved October 4 material.

Bluey’s official page gives October 15 for physical copies in selected markets. SEGA’s Asia page gives November 26, 2026, and its physical platform line covers PS5, Switch, and Switch 2. These dates describe different regional offers, so November 26 should not replace the digital release date. What does your PC need?

These requirements belong to Bluey’s Happy Snaps, Steam App3064040, rather than the earlier Bluey game. Both columns require a 64-bit processor and operating system. The operating-system wording is Windows 11 or a valid compatibility layer in both cases. Keep the minimum and recommended columns separate when comparing your computer.

The saved Steam API response and store requirements agree on these specifications. The recommended column raises memory to 16 GB, changes the listed graphics cards, and specifies DirectX 12. Available storage remains 5 GB in both columns. These are publisher-provided requirements, rather than measured frame rates or a guarantee of performance at a particular resolution.

Gameloft says the game has no online play, but Steam still lists a broadband connection. That combination does not establish whether installation, account checks, or any other step requires internet. Complete offline operation is 待确认 in the collected material. Avoid treating “no online play” as a promise that your PC can always run the game disconnected.

Controllers and local two-player play

Steam lists full controller support and marks a gamepad as recommended. Official material also confirms that a second local player can join, with a maximum of two participants. The main player leads the adventure behind the camera, while the second can explore, pose, and play with toys. Those descriptions confirm a shared local activity without establishing identical controls for both players.

The Steam single-player category appears alongside the developer’s explicit local-play description. It should not be used to erase the announced second participant. Required controller count, shared-controller options, joining steps, and split-screen behavior are 待确认. A controller-support label alone does not supply a tested setup procedure for every console or PC configuration.

Steam Deck, Mac, Linux, and mobile

The Steam store material saved on October 4 displays Steam Deck Compatibility: Verified. Its saved HTML identifies the hardware-compatibility record as App3064040, matching the correct game. This is a Steam store classification, rather than our own hands-on test. Specific frame rates, battery duration, and two-player input arrangements on Deck remain 待确认.

Steam’s native platform flags list Windows as supported and Mac and Linux as unsupported. The reference to a valid compatibility layer in the requirements does not change those native-platform flags. Steam Deck’s store classification should also not be generalized to every Linux computer or compatibility setup. Exact behavior on an unlisted device is 待确认 unless the collected source addresses that device directly.

Neither iOS nor Android appears in the announced platform list for Happy Snaps. Budge’s separate Bluey mobile game has its own app availability and subscription, which should not be transferred to this game. A Happy Snaps mobile release or APK is 待确认 in the supplied material. Similarly, another Bluey game’s system requirements do not replace App3064040’s published specifications.

What was announced for Xbox Game Pass?

Bandai Namco’s September 9 announcement says Bluey’s Happy Snaps will be available with Xbox Game Pass on day one. The same announcement gives October 15, 2026, as the game’s launch date. This supports reporting an announced launch-day inclusion. It does not show that the game was already playable through the service on October 4.

Applicable membership tiers, regional catalogs, PC Game Pass coverage, and cloud streaming are 待确认. The announcement does not provide a complete account-specific subscription offer. Before choosing a subscription instead of a purchase, compare the listing available to your own account and device. Keep this offer separate from the existence of digital Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions.

Languages and regional age ratings

Steam’s collected language listing contains 10 languages, with full audio indicated for nine. They are English, French, Italian, German, Spanish from Spain, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Latin American Spanish, and Traditional Chinese. Traditional Chinese has interface and subtitle support but no full-audio check mark. This is the PC store’s listing, so identical language packages on every regional console edition are 待确认.

Bandai Namco’s European product page displays PEGI 3+, while the saved Steam page displays ESRB E — Everyone. These belong to different regional rating systems. They should not be presented as a single worldwide rating or as a guarantee about an individual child’s experience. Gameloft’s separate description of an audience aged four to seven is a target-audience statement, rather than another age-rating category.
